Privacy Policy
Last updated: 22 September 2026
Overview
Effective date: 22 September 2026.
This is the privacy policy for every mobile game published by SINSIN STUDIOS LIMITED (“SinSin Studios”, “we”, “us”, “our”) on Google Play and the Apple App Store — the games available today and any we release in the future — and for our website at sinsinstudios.uk.
One policy covers all of our games. It replaces the separate policy that used to accompany each game. If you find an older, game-specific policy anywhere else, this page is the current one.
Who we are
The data controller for our games is:
SINSIN STUDIOS LIMITED Room C408, Onyx, 60 Lancaster Street, Birmingham, West Midlands, United Kingdom
For anything about this policy, or to exercise a privacy right described below, email us at privacy@sinsinstudios.uk.
Data we collect
We collect three kinds of data: what you give us directly, what we collect automatically as you play, and what we get from partners such as the app stores.
What you give us
- Your player name or username, which is visible to other players in-game.
- Chat messages you send, in the games that have in-game chat.
- Your email address and the content of any message you send to our support inbox.
Collected automatically
- An internal player or account ID, generated when your account is created.
- Game progress and gameplay data, including data generated during online multiplayer matches.
- Purchase records: which item was bought, when, and the store’s confirmation reference. We never see or store your card number.
- Your IP address, and the approximate location (city or region level) derived from it. We do not collect precise GPS location.
- Device model, operating system and version, language and region settings.
- Your advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID / Apple IDFA), where the platform and your settings permit it.
- Crash logs and other diagnostic data.
- Session and usage data — for example, how long you play and which features you use.
From our partners
- Purchase confirmations from Google Play and the Apple App Store.
- Sign-in data, if you choose to link Google Play Games or Apple Game Center to a game.
- Measurement data from the ad networks listed in Third-party services, when a game shows you ads.
We store this data on SinSin Studios’ own servers and on Google Firebase.
Why we use your data
We rely on one of these lawful bases (under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR) for each use:
- Contract — to run the games, provide online multiplayer, manage your account, deliver the items you purchase, and respond to support requests.
- Legitimate interests — to improve our games, run analytics, diagnose crashes, keep the games safe from cheating and abuse, and moderate chat.
- Consent — to show personalised ads. In the EEA and UK, this consent is collected through Google’s consent form; on iOS, through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt.
- Legal obligation — to keep purchase records for tax and accounting purposes.
Advertising
Our games are free to play and supported by ads. Depending on your settings, you may see personalised ads (based on your advertising identifier and activity) or non-personalised ads (based only on general information such as the game you’re playing).
You can opt out of personalised ads at any time:
- Android: open device Settings → Google → Ads, and turn on “Opt out of Ads Personalization”, or reset your advertising ID.
- iOS: open device Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and turn off “Allow Apps to Request to Track” — either generally or for a specific game.
- In-game: where a game shows a consent prompt (EEA/UK players, or the Apple tracking prompt), your choice there controls whether that game requests personalised ads.
Turning personalisation off does not reduce the number of ads you see — it changes how they are targeted.

Who can see your data
- Other players can see your username, your in-game profile, and any chat messages you send in a game that has chat.
- Service providers, listed in the table above, process data on our behalf to run the games, show ads, and keep them working.
- App stores (Google Play and the Apple App Store) see the purchases you make through them.
- Authorities, where we are legally required to disclose data — for example, in response to a valid court order.
- A buyer, if SinSin Studios or a game is ever sold or merged into another company. Your data would transfer as part of that deal, under the same protections described here.
We do not sell your personal data for money.
International transfers
Some of the service providers we use — notably Google — process data outside the UK and EEA, including in the United States. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers put in place, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We have not sought any additional certification for these transfers beyond what our providers offer.
How long we keep data
- Account and game data is kept for as long as your account is active or as long as we need it to provide the game.
- If you ask us to delete your data, we do so within 30 days of verifying your request — see Delete your data for the full process.
- Chat logs are kept only as long as needed for moderation and player safety, then deleted.
- Purchase records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires us to keep them.
- Crash reports and analytics data are kept according to the retention settings of the providers in the table above (typically a matter of months).
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR, you can ask us to:
- Access the data we hold about you.
- Correct it, if it’s wrong.
- Delete it — see Delete your data for how, what gets removed, and what we have to keep.
- Restrict how we use it, or object to a particular use.
- Receive a copy of it in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent (for example, personalised ads).
To exercise any of these, email privacy@sinsinstudios.uk. Tell us which game you play and, if the game shows you a player ID, include it — it’s the fastest way for us to find your data. We respond within one month.
Children
Our games are made for a general audience aged 13 and over, and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us data without a parent’s consent, contact us at privacy@sinsinstudios.uk and we will delete it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data — for example, restricting who on our team can access it. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute security.
This website
sinsinstudios.uk sets no tracking cookies and uses no analytics or advertising scripts.
US state residents
If you’re a resident of a US state with its own privacy law, here’s how our practices map to it:
- The categories of personal information we collect are the ones listed in Data we collect.
- We do not sell personal information for money.
- Where a game shares an advertising identifier for targeted ads, you can limit this through your device’s ad settings, described in Advertising.
- To make a request about your data, email privacy@sinsinstudios.uk; we handle US state requests the same way as the rights described in Your rights.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top always reflects the latest version. Where a change is material — for example, a new category of data or a new partner — we will notify you in-game before it takes effect, where the game supports that.
